وصف الكتاب

A long time ago, there was a little beetle known as "Ba’rah" who lived in the forest among the other animals. She was tiny and barely noticed by anyone, but she was smart and patient.

The Lion and the Beetle

One day, the lion, the king of the jungle, was walking proudly among the trees. His huge paw accidentally stepped on the beetle without noticing. The beetle cried out in a weak voice:

Ba’rah: "Oh, Lion! Didn't you see me? You almost crushed me!"

The lion looked down at her and laughed mockingly: "You are just a tiny beetle! What could you possibly do?"

Ba’rah felt insulted, but instead of responding to the lion's mockery, she decided to teach him a lesson.

Ba’rah’s Plan

She waited until the lion fell asleep under a shady tree, then quietly crawled toward him. She climbed onto his nose and started to tickle him gently. The lion scratched his nose with his paw but saw nothing, so he went back to sleep. Then, she sneaked into his ear and began making an annoying buzzing sound. The lion shook his head in irritation, unable to sleep.

The next day, the lion went to the river for a drink while Ba’rah watched him. As he drank, she swiftly flew toward his eyes, buzzing around them. The lion blinked rapidly in frustration and, in his distraction, lost his balance and fell into the water. Panicked, he swam to the shore, gasping for breath.

The Lesson

Realizing that despite Ba’rah’s small size, she had managed to disturb and exhaust him, the lion finally admitted: "I was wrong. Strength is not just about size but about intelligence and perseverance. You may be small, but you are brave and clever. I promise never to underestimate you again."

Ba’rah smiled and replied: "It’s not about size, but about the ability to think and work hard."

And so, the lion learned an important lesson, and Ba’rah lived in the forest with her head held high, proving that intelligence is more powerful than physical strength.
